Mark Bruzonsky, providing the live commentary for CTV, predicted even as the White House ceremony unfolded that it was likely to fail.

Thousands of guests were present at the White House on 13 September 1993 as Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin, Chairman Yasser Arafat of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), and President William Clinton,  participated in one of the most historic events ever.    Nearly alone among the major network TV commentators Bruzonsky explained on CTV, as he provided the live commentary, why he believed the agreement would fail.
